should you need to cancel your appointment, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance. those who cancel with less than a 24 hour notice will be charged full price of the intended service. those who do not show up for their appointment with any prior notification will be charged full price for the intended service. I understand life happens - please reach out to me if there is an emergency or if you are sick - we will figure something out.

if you are a new client, please plan to arrive 10-15 minutes early (especially if you are coming in for lymphatic drainage) so we have time to go over your goals + any contraindications. for established clients, arriving 5 minutes before your session start time is a great idea.

massage therapy should not be constructed as a substitute for medical examination, diagnosis, or treatment. I, as a massage therapist, am not qualified to perform adjustments, diagnose, prescribe, or treat any physical or mental illness. it is the responsibility of the client to inform the practitioner of all known medical diagnosis’ on the initial client intake form.

please note that sexual relations are unethical, inappropriate, and unprofessional between client and practitioner. there is zero tolerance of sexual innuendos, or any advances made by the client.
